For the convenience of our guests, we have put together recommendations for your arrival to and your departure from our wedding venue.
Additionally, we have arranged for a travel agent to help coordinate our guests’ accommodations, free of cost. Our travel agent can help you book flights, a hotel, and any additional travel.

Before you go

Besides knowing our guest attendance, the RSVP will also tell us additional information to help plan our guest’s amenities.
We request all RSVP’s by Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Make sure your passport is valid, and does not expire within six (6) months of your departure date.
NOTE: There are changing regulations around European travel expected to take effect by the end of 2026. Please check back here for updated information on additional documentation needed.

Please review our ceremonies and dress code for each day to ensure your outfits match our colors and dress code.
All days have a required dress code; some days have encouraged, requested, or required colors.

We will have a bus scheduled on Wednesday, May 12, to pick up guests from Florence and transport them to our venue, which is located in the quiet, Tuscan countryside.
Space on the bus is limited. Prompt response to our RSVP will help us plan for this accommodation.
Additionally, our travel agent Ally can help schedule other transportation.
Upon Arrival

If you are scheduled to take our chartered bus from the Florence airport, don’t forget to arrive promptly.
If you are driving or taking a car service, there are plenty of parking spaces available at the venue.

Check in time at the venue is 3 PM. For those guests able to stay with us at our venue, ensure you arrive with enough time to check in before the welcome festivities. Otherwise, ensure the check in time at your local hotel or airbnb.

Checkout from the venue, for those staying with us, is the morning of Saturday, May 15.
Another chartered bus will be available to take guests back to the Florence airport. Space on the bus is limited.
